紫外滤光片采用磁控溅射金属镀膜,可在单基底上实现高透过率和高截止深度 (OD4+, visible - IR)。膜层具有极高的致密度,对各种环境因素耐受性强,各项光谱指标不受温度和湿度的影响。在热测试实验中,滤光片在 300℃放置两小时后,没有检测到任何损伤和光谱指标衰减。先进的质量控制和管理方法保证所有出厂的滤光片都满足 ISONISTMIL 等各项标准。
